Crispy, chewy cookies?
I'm looking for a recipe for chocolate chip cookies that are crisp on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside, like some bakeries have. Thanx!

Recognising you as a newbie could have something to do with the 'number of posts' section under your user-name

On topic - I'm afraid my recipe for chocolate chip cookies is rather more chewy than you describe; not what you're looking for, I'm afraid.
