Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Grab a cup of coffee or a cold glass of milk and enjoy these wonderful cookies.

1/2 cup(s) SUGAR
3/4 cup(s) BROWN SUGAR
1/2 cup(s) BUTTER; Melted.
1 cup(s) FLOUR
1 teaspoon(s) BAKING POWDER
3/4 teaspoon(s) BAKING SODA
1/2 teaspoon(s) SALT
1 cup(s) CORN FLAKES; Cereal.
3 tablespoon(s) COCONUT
1/2 cup(s) OATS; Quick Cooking.
1/2 cup(s) WALNUTS; Chopped.

In a mixing bowl; mix together both sugars and melted butter.
Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cornflakes, coconut, chocolate chips, oatmeal and walnuts and mix well.
Roll dough into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls or use a cookie scoop.
Bake cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.

Yields about 31/2 dozen cookies.

i found some amazing cookies at this blog. They did 3 different types: Classic Chocolate Chip, Chili Chocolate Chip, and Banana Chocolate Chip nogrilledonion.com
