Elfin majic Vanilla Wafers

Does anybody know how to make a Vanilla wafer that is like a keebler vanilla wafer. While I am sure there is some super secret reciepe that is locked in a safe somewhere, I buy those cookies 4-10 boxes at a time and if there was a way to replicate them at home....

hmmmmmmmm... good question! I haven't had them, as I'm kind of addicted to Nabisco Nilla Wafers.

I absolutely hate bananas so i make by banana pudding with out them. I guess the elves can keep their secret.

That's an interesting question. And wouldn't it be great if we could make our own vanilla wafers?!

Martha Stewart's baking cookbook has a recipe in it for graham crackers. I wonder if there might be a recipe for vanilla wafers in it, too. I don't have a copy of the book and my local library doesn't have it so I can't check. Someone on this site surely must have the book. Helloooooo out there!
