Fruit Cake Cookies

[Uncle Bob]

1 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup butter
2 cups unsifted flour
1/2 t. cinamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
1 lb chopped pecans
1 jigger burbon (maybe 2)
4 slices candied pineapple chopped small
12 oz. candied red/green cherries chopped

Mix everything well. Place by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet and bake at 300* until edges look slightly brown. 8-10 minutes maybe.

Serve with (hot) tea around 8:30 pm by the fire!

i have an unopened tub of fruit for fruit cake. will use it for this, sounds yummy to me
