Help making cookies - royal icing
I was wondering if it was ok to use royal icing on oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, gingerbread cookies and white chocolate macademia nut cookies? Also how hard does the consistency get?

you certainly could use it. but in my experience it does get dry. i would just use a simple butter , pwd. sugar , vanilla frosting. i really don't think the ones you mentioned need frosting. well maybe the ginger men. lol

My teeth hurt just reading this post, but my belly is saying, "feed me", "no icing on mine". "Oh, and don't forget the ice cold milk, please."
