I am considering adding white chocolate to a recipe for lime sugar cookies. I know that white chocolate and lime go very well together, but I'm not sure if the chocolate will go well with the texture of the sugar cookie or how much chocolate to add. Can you help me, give me some advice? It would be greatly appreaciated, especially if you could tell me whther or not it's a good idea to still add the sugar or icing proffered as options in the recipe.

I think you might be better to use the white chocolate as a drizzle over the cookies. I don't think it would harm the cookies at all to put it in the recipe, but I think it would add a nicer touch as a decoration.

You could also dip half the cookie in the melted chocolate. That would be especially pretty if you put a bit of green food coloring in your cookie dough.
