DOUGH
- vanilla sugar
- 200g butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 yorks
- 300g flour
- 100g hazel nut
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 spoon water
- 3 spoons white rum
- 100g chocolate
- Crumble butter into flour, add other ingredients and all knead to fragile dough. Dough wrap up in foil and put it into refrigerator for 2 hours.
dough shape into long roll and cut it to equal pieces. Shape them into small balls and in each ball stamp small pit with ladle.
Put hassar cookies on baking tin and bake them 12 to 15 min. at 180 degress.
Dip cookies into chocolate glaze which is melt over steam. Dry hasser cookies. When cookies become hard, put into small pit white glaze. Glaze is made with caster sugar and spoon of water.
