Arrow If you need a really good, basic gingerbread man recipe...

then here it is: Gingerbread Men

I don't like gingerbread cookies with fancy 'extras' like orange rind or that sort of thing, and these ones just have the basic ingredients for a delicious cookie.

Just some important points:
-It's from an Australian site, so you'll need to convert to ounces for the ingredients

-Don't roll the dough out too thin, or the cookies will be crunchy. The thicker it is the chewier the end result

-Remember to reduce the temperature for fan forced ovens, these cookies burn easily if it's too hot

That's about all really
Enjoy! (I know I did....sampled a few too many of the small ones I made them for my sister as part of her birthday present (I'll find any excuse to bake!!)

I like the recipe sparkly, but I'm nowhere near smart enough to convert those metric measurments!

I really wish the rest of the World would catch up with us!

Mess with me and you mess with the whole trailer park!!!
