Layered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dessert

Ingredients:

Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
French Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipped Cream
Dark Chocolate Bar
Peanut Butter

Directions:
Make one big Chocolate Chip Cookie
Divide into Serving sizes for everyone eating

Layer:
Hot Cookie
Ice Cream
Whipped Cream

Shave Dark Chocolate over the top
Drizzle Melted peanut butter to finish it off

Make Seconds!

you gave me an nice idea I might try this week

Ok to twist this thing

make the large cookie in a sheet pan
let cool and chill
cover in icecream and refreeze.
drizzle melted PB and then chill till set then cover in melted chocolate and chill

cut while somewhat soft

freeze till serving

i figure let it defrost for 10 minutes before serving and top with whipped cream

The way I see it it's your dessert, you can do whatever you want with it! This could be my new signature line.

Genius comes from twisting other peoples Ideas (that should be my new one)
