Sounds Easy & Refreshing... Lemonade Cookies
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Add flour alternately with 1/2 cup lemonade. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade and sprinkle with sugar.
