Lemonade drops-rec.

These are quick and easy and are good with ice cream

makes 2-3 dozen
1-c. shortening
1-c. sugar
2-eggs
3-c. a/p flour
1-tea. baking soda
1/2-tea. salt
1-6-oz. can lemonade concentrate, thawed
cream shortening and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Sift flour,soda and salt. Add alternately with 1/2 the lemonade. Drop by teaspoons on greased sheet.Bake at 375f for 15 min. Before removing from sheet, brush tops with the reserved lemonade, and sprinkle with sugar and then remove to a rack to cool.
