Question Light crunchy orange cookies

Some old neighbors I beleive of europeon descent made some wonderful orange flavored cookies that were delicious. When I found out she was making them I couldn't wait until they were ready. They were light and not cakey at all and possibly drop cookies. Any recommendations for try-outs?

Thanks for the replies. What I'm thinking for is what might be considered a very airy Nilla wafer type texture. I'll keep looking and will try these.
