Mexican Wedding Cookies

hello friend the recipe for today is Mexican Wedding Cookies
You will not prolong


Ingredients :

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions :

Heat oven to 400. Mix thoroughly butter, sugar and vanilla. Work in flour, salt and nuts until dough holds together. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again.


Makes 4 dozen

These and shortbread cookies are my favorites! I love it when the powdered sugar gets all over the place. So simple, so perfect.
