Minor almond cookie additions

Looking to bake these tonight:
Almond Cookies - Martha Stewart Recipes

I want to add a bit of almond milk, and also a bit of almond soy desert (soft soy desert with natural flavour) to make it extra almond-y. How much do you think I am safe in adding, perhaps a tablespoon, maybe two of each?

Perhaps play it by ear, and make sure the mixture does not get too liquidy or mushy, and add a minute or two baking time?

Gee, almond milk just doesn't taste that strongly of almonds. Why not just more almond extract. That won't be enough more liquid to mess with the texture or cooking time.
