Senior Cook
I make a cookie at Christmas time and in it I use 1 pound of butter melted and cooled,then I add 3 beaten eggs and mix well, then I add 3 cups of sugar and mix well, then I add 3 cups of flour and mix well. Drop by teaspoons on to a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or according to your oven. They come out as very thin, very crisp almost wafer like. They just melt in your mouth. Now my problem is I forget what they are called. Can anybody help me?
