I'm not much of a sweet eater but I swear these are killin' me!!!!!!!! I'm a fan of no raisins and a crispy oatmeal cookie. Once these cool are they crispy?

love oatmeal cookies but not a fan of cooked rasins, however I do love Cranraisns (the dried cranberrys.) They work fantastic in oatmeal cookies.

These cookies sound wonderful. I have a recipe for chocolate chip cookies with pudding and it is one of my favorites. I use the French vanilla pudding in that recipe. Since I don't like raisins. the idea of using cranberries is great. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
