Peanut Butter and Chocolate is one of my favorite combos.
A couple of days ago I made my favorite (and easiest!) PB cookie mix, and made it even better with chocolate:

1-2-3 Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg

Mix together. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto
cookie sheet (I like silpat mats best) and criss cross with fork.
Bake at 375* for 12 to 16 minutes until golden brown.
Let stand a couple minutes on the pan before removing so
cookies can "firm up".

Once cooled, dip half of each cookie in melted dipping chocolate.

Major comfort food here!

I made these for Paulie the other day.
I didn't have any dipping chocolate so they were just plain old peanut butter cookies. We really liked them. FAST and EASY. I'm thinking of making him some more today.

Thanks Jkath!

no problemo!
It's always nice when you can make & bake in no time and without going to the store for unusual ingredients!

 A fellow "Family Guy" fan, I see! (And the name "Officer Reece" was great!)

Love this recipe, I'll definately be copying and pasting it, I don't have a peanut butter cookie recipe that is anywhere near this simple - thanks Jkath! :)

If you don't have the dipping chocolate stuff around...put a fingertip divot in the center of each cookie and drop a couple chocolate chips in the divots. Works well and is lots quicker for those of us with lazy tendencies. LOL.
