DOUGH
  • 400g flour
  • 320g margarine
  • 120g nuts
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 2 spoons grind chocolate/baking cocoa
FILLING
  • 2 spoons starch
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50g chocolate
  • 1 spoon of rum
  • 80g butter
  • candy
DIRECTIONS
  • Knead dough with ingredients for dough and divide into small balls. Then fill models with dough. Bake 15 min on 150 degrees.
    For filling, beat starch sugar and egg over steam until is thicken. Then chill and add melted chocolate and rum into mixed butter. Fill all models and then put candy into the middle. Cover with other half and powder with caster sugar.

these are gorgeous. I would love to do them but feel as though they'd be very time consuming, I don't have the mold, and don't know how to measure in the way written, so, thanks for sharing, they are lovely......:chef:
 
Here in EU we measure in grams. [SIZE=-1]1 ounce is about 28 grams. I hope that helps:)
