These cookies taste like Creamsicles!

ORANGE CREAM COOKIES

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sweetened orange-flavored drink mix
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white baking chips

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, drink mix, baking soda and baking powder in small bowl; set aside.

Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour mixture. Beat until well mixed. Stir in baking chips by hand.

Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
