Rudolph Cookies

4 oz. chocolate candy coating
96 pretzel sticks
1 (16 oz) pkg. Nutter Butter Cookies
64 blue, green or brown mini M&M's
32 red mini M&M's

Melt candy coating.
Place 2 pretzel sticks in the filling in one end of the cookie for large antlers
Break a pretzel stick in half and place next to larger sticks. Repeat for all
cookies
Dip one side of a non-red M&M in chocolate and place chocolate side down
for an eye. Repeat with a matching M&M for the other eye. Repeat
with a red M&M, placing opposite the antlers for the nose.

I have the book at school, however getting it uploaded is another matter. If I do I'll pm you about posting it.

Some of these came from other people, others are my adaptation of another recipe. My students have mental retardation along with other disabilities so it is hard to find recipes that we can make and eat so I am always looking for ideas. I may not be able to use as is, but sometimes I can modify.
 
A note about these--In class we used frosting as the "glue" since I was afraid of the warm chocolate with my students. It didn't matter if they frosting didn't set because we ate them right away!
