Stiff Icing for cookies ISO

Does anyone have a TNT recipe for an icing that sets up and gets hard for cookies. Cade is coming here and wants to frost cookies for Easter for his brother,and two cousins. He is looking to me for help and I'm lost. I don't bake much so please I'd love to have some help here.

Kades I think you are looking for a sugar cookie icing. This one is fairly simple and close to what I do. It says almond extract but you can use vanilla or any other.
