i tried looking for it at the supermarket and i cant find the product.

i want to know if white baking pieces is nothing more than white chocolate pieces?

can i use any white chocolate bar?

which should be a good bar for a double chocolate biscotti im baking?

Welcome javelinpr. White baking pieces are white chocolate chips and you can create your own white chocolate chunks with any white chocolate that tastes good to you. Often in chocolate shops you can find peters white chocolate in large blocks or even here in our supermarket, they have callebeaut in large blocks. Those will allow you to chunk and will not melt into the batter like a thinner bar would. I have seen it at Heinen's, Whole Foods, Fresh Market grocery stores.
