What cookies for cow theme party?

We are throwing a cow theme party and need universally liked dessert/cookie that will fit with the theme...Please include recipe if you can. I appreciate all the suggestions. I thought whoppie pies might be good. What you think?

Sorry no recipe, but what about a basic sugar cookie recipe, melt some white chocolate and some milk or dark chocolate (separately of course) and dip em'. Half on one side half on the other!

Now there's an idea, I would probably go for. I'm not much on baking cookies. I find it kinda tedious.

My husbands idea was cow pies... No bake cookies are great idea. I also love the black and white sugar cookies!
