Buckeye Bars
If you like buckeyes, may I suggest this recipe for Buckeye Bars. It is very easy and incredibly good. The only thing I found was that I used chocolate chips and they took longer to melt with the cool whip, but it didn't change anything!

This is the version that I make. If you use Hershey's chocolate and Jiff peanut butter, it will taste like Reese's peanut butter cups.

Laurie, you are right, we really would have tons of fun baking together! It seems we tend to like to bake the same kinds of recipes!

There is a wonderful version of a tart in "Gooey Desserts" by Elaine Corn. It is incredibly rich with a chocolate cookie crumb crust.

Well, it might have been rhetorical but I am used to being called "Pie" online. And, I love Pie.

Have you ever heard of the online cartoon Weebl and Bob? They love PIE!!!!!
