I've just made some Cashew Clusters (sugar melted to caramel, butter, cashews). They are cooling on the tray now.

How should I store them so they don't end up sticking all together?

I want to give them for gifts in about 16/18 days.

With things like that, I put them in a storage container on a layer of waxed paper, then layers of waxed paper in between the additional layers.

Thanks pepper! I'll use those rubbermaid/tupperware style containers rather than cookie tins - guess that would work best.

I always have to second guess myself.

It's important I do it right away 'cause every time I walk by, well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what is already starting to happen... :pig::pig::pig:
