Hard Chocolate Candies

I'm looking to make a hard chocolate candy, something similar to See's hard chocolate candies (they also have a vanilla and latte that are very similar). Does anyone have any clue how you would go about making something like that. I've looked around and havn't been able to find any recipes for anything similar. Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by "hard?" I checked out the website and found mostly regular chocolates: plain, filled, with nuts, etc.
Do you mean "hard" as in a sugar candy, glass-like hardness? If so, I would think it is similar to other hard candies, but using chocolate flavoring/extract.
