ISO ways to present homemade marshmallows

Hi,

I'm going to make marshmallows on Friday and I'm thinking how to present them:

I was thinking of flavoring with sakura (Japanese cherry blossom essence) then dipping in white chocolate and (maybe) setting them on ground hazelnuts. Because the marshmallows are really sweet I'm thinking the white chocolate will make them too sweet. I'm also afraid of of using chocolate because it might overpower the subtle taste of the cherry blossoms (which taste NOTHING like cherries).

Any suggestions?

How about a light dusting of cocoa powder? Since it's unsweetened, it might give you the balance you are looking for.
