Peanut Clusters

Peanut Clusters

Melt equal amounts of semi sweet chocolate (chips or chopped), and butterscotch chips. Then stir salted redskin peanuts to get a good consistency and then drop teaspoonfuls onto waxed or parchment paper and refrigerate until set.

I use about a 2-2-3 ratio, but you may need more peanuts. The butterscotch gives it a really nice flavour.
