They are very beautiful indeed. I just want to mention that peppermint can be very strong and different brands do taste differently. Maida Heatter suggests that you add a little at a time and taste so that you do not over do it.

Thanks, PieSusan, though I think you will find the 2 teaspoons a good base point for this reciped no matter which brand you use. I actually tend to use more but put that as a minimum so it isn't too strong.
