Salted Chocolate Divinity with Bacon
I have Himalayan pink salt as well as a few other finishing salts, so I'm probably going to play with different salts. Might top the ones that have bits of bacon in them with bacon bits instead...and, I'm using dark chocolate...
The bacon bits will be more like bacon crumbs...I put the cooked and drained strips of bacon between two sheets of paper towel on a cookie sheet and "crunch" with a rolling pin. I'll post pics. On my Christmas baking task lists, divinity is on tomorrow's schedule.
