Search for a Chocolate Recipe

I've been trying to find a good recipe for making home made chocolate, but I seem to have been failing in my search.

Currently I am looking for a good white chocolate recipe, and if possible finding one that has a fruit filling would be ideal.

I'm trying to make a birthday present for a friend and my idea is to make a chocolate version of the symbol for their favorite soccer team.

Does anyone have any good recipes? Also if anyone could recommend where I could find edible paint that would be great.

I've never made chocolate, or white chocolate, but I found this recipe: How to Make White Chocolate in Less Than 5 Minutes. Hope this helps.
