White Chocolate Pretzels

Okay, i have pretzels and white chocolate chips... I would really like to make some white chocolate covered pretzels!

I know that some chocolate isn't for dipping... it won't ever harden up.

If i melt these white chocolate chips and dip the pretzels in it, will the chocolate harden?

yes it will harden, to thin it if you need to use shortening, somethings heating the choco it will stiffen up on you, make sure you do not get any water in it at all.

Yeap, I've done the same. Can also use the almond bark. You could add Perrafin wax too.

Remember you can add flavors, candy bits to the coating. I like lemon zest added, but I like lemons. I have also had crushed candy cane, nuts, coarse sea salt(surprisingly good!!!).....
