This is something a bit different for you and very healthy . It's Chia seed pudding . Chia seeds absorb liquid and swell up so this is similar to a rice pudding / tapioca type dessert . It's just chilled in the fridge , not frozen . It's basically chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut extract, vanilla extract, cashew nut butter, cinnamon and agave nectar . It's topped with toasted desiccated coconut .
I know , it looks like frog spawn but it tastes good honest .
