Frozen Lemon Meringue Pie

These were for our dinner party last night. The recipe was from epicurious.
Worth the effort.

Isearched it on net. here is link. Recipes, Menus & Cooking Ideas from Epicurious.com

I did not find this particular recipe. would love to know how she froze it. I never have that much room in my freezer...
