8 sheets graham crackers
1/4 c marshmallow creme
1 c chocolate ice cream (slightly softened)
Break graham cracker sheets in half.
Spread 1 tsp marshmallow creme onto 8 cracker halves. Spread 2 Tbsp ice cream onto bare crackers and top them with the marshmallow-spread crackers. Working quickly, wrap s'mores tightly in plastic and freeze for 4 hours.
