ISO recipes for low-calorie ice cream or yogurt w/o a machine
I'm looking for low calorie icecream or frozen yogurt recipes that have instructions for not having a maker. So far I found this. but it says 4-6 scoops. I wonder what size scoops? because I can't imagine it's a lot. I need to figure out calories and figured out this to be approximately 218 calories for 3 servings. See recipe below. I just wish I knew how small these scoops are. also any recipe ideas on what I'm looking for would be great. I know this one doesnt have healthy fruit in it, but it looks good.

2 ounces (55 g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped

6 tablespoons (80 ml) milk, whole or low-fat

6 tablespoons (80 ml) Baileys liquor

1 medium-sized ripe banana, peeled*, and cut into chunks

1 tablespoon (15 ml) dark rum
