Low fat/sugar free ice-cream/dessert

I recently got a kitchen aid ice-cream attachment.

We loved the starbucks low-fat latte ice-cream but they have stopped making it (would love to know that recipe!)

But we do spend a lot of money buying WW ice-cream. And looking at the ingredients so many additives.

So wanted to get an ice-cream maker to make healthy but good ice-cream.
so any recipes?

Splenda doesn't really work. I would love tired and true recipes. And I am not bothered if its' not technically ice-cream - as long as it tastes good
