I love helados /ice cream especially the using mexican chocolate as the main flavor,,i go crazy over mexican chocolate its so rich and spicy

Lately, I've been fine tuning a recipe for cinnamon ice cream...which isn't much more than a vanilla creme anglaise with some freshly ground cinnamon added. We've been enjoying a canister of it this week with an orange cake w/cream cheese frosting.

Now, if the berries are too tart, I just sprinkle them with a little confectioners sugar
