Hi. I was making raita for my poppadoms and curry. I thought of using Greek yogurt instead of normal. I was also making horseradish source. Instead of making the horseradish with D. Cream and mayonnaise, I used the Greek yogurt. Tastes okay. Has anyone tried it.

The reason for using the Greek yogurt in the raita was that it was too runny like in restaurants. Also something to try out.

Life is an adventure and food recipes are a part of it.

I'd probably like it better! But then, I hate mayonnaise, unless I make it myself, which I rarely do. Can't stand all that vinegar in commercial mayo.

That's how you discover new favorites - experiment!

Leave out the mayo. I don't like using vinegar. Using the Greek yogurt will keep longer than D. Cream anyway.
