Barbecued Beef Slices

Barbecued Beef Slices:

13 slices roast beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Few drops Tabasco Sauce-optional
1 teaspoon horseradish

Lay slices of beef in bottom of a greased shallow pan. Combine ingredients and pour over the meat slices. Cover pan with foil and heat 25-35 minutes in a moderately hot oven, 375.
 
Deli-style roast beef will work..I love the deli from Albertson's. Edited to say that I have used leftover roast beef but deli would be better.

Try it with left over meatloaf!!!! but add onion and green pepper to it..
saute the onion and green pepper, add to the mix.
