BBQ steak

Let me know what you guys think of this BBQ steak..

BBQ-Steak

Serves 4
4 steaks (top sirloin, striploin, t-bone etc.)
1 bottle of beer (or ginger ale)
2 sprigs oregano
2 sprigs parsley
2 sprigs thyme
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Marinate steaks for at least one hour. Remove
from marinade and grill on medium-high heat
until preferred level of doneness. Very tender.
Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce.

So check it out, its a lil different.

Well, personally I don't cook with Sirloin and with T-bones, I don't want anything messing with the great flavor - so I wouldn't marinate or use BBQ sauce on it.

"grill on medium-high heat" - no way, have the grill smoking hot, then put the steaks on.

just my opinion...
