something i learned from my mom,she is a great cook,i love her beef kebabs, but mine were not bad either :)

what you need is:

Ground beef.
juice of one lemon.
salt,black pepper to taste.
some corn flour.
an egg.

For gravy:

chopped onion.
minced garlic.
ginger paste.
salt and pepper.
Lots of plum tomatoes.
Yogurt.
green hot pepper.
parsley.

mix salt, pepper, lemon iuice, egg and corn flour with the meat.Shape the meat into finger shaped kebabs.Shallow fry them in oil until they are somewhat dark brown or red.Take them out of the oil.In a pan, fry the onions in some oil until they are golden, add garlic and ginger, fry for a minute, add tomatoes and yogurt, stir for 2 minutes until the yogurts mixes with the rest of the things.Add salt and pepper. Now put in the kebabs you fried and dont stir, cover the pan and let it cook for an hour and a half on very low heat.Stir once or twice when they are almost cooked.Garnish with parsley and greean peppers. You could decorate it with some lemon wedges.
