Beef 'n Noodles
Does anyone ever eat old fashioned beef and noodles anymore?
Mom used to make hers in the Dutch oven, but I use a crock pot. It's very simple to fix...just salt and pepper a chuck roast, cut it in chunks, add two cups of water and let it cook until tender. Add more water, if needed, add wide egg noodles, and let simmer until noodles are cooked.
No fancy seasonings are needed...just S&P.
