Bobby Flay's Rib-Eye

Anybody see this on Food Network over the weekend... or maybe last week? He used the espresso based rub.... let me know if anyone has tried it. I did last night and it was incredible!

Haven't tried this particular one, though I would trust BF's recipes to a T! As much as I don't care for his personal 'style', he does know his seasonings!
