Boneless Beef Short Ribs

We ate the ribs tonight after marinating for for two days.
I chopped up 2/3 of the meat.
I served them with lettuce cups.Shredded carrot,asian basil,sprouts,cilantro,jicama shreds,cilantro, and thin sliced cabbage.

I also made some glass noodle to add to the lettuce rolls.

The dipping sauce I made was a combo of sambal,rice wine vinegar,fish sauce,jarred chopped garlic,simple syrup and honey.

OMG. That sounds absolutely delicious. I passed up these ribs today at Costco. I'm regretting it. It sounds very Vietnamese. I'm a ho for that dipping sauce.


Lucky's market has them on sale for 3.99 for the boneless and 2.99 for bone in this week. I went for the boneless thinking it was a better deal.
