You have to move the screen to the right to see all the photos.

MLB -- it looks like a great pot roast!

May I suggest that next time you put the photos one on top of the next instead of side-by-side -- it's easier to look at on screen that way.

BTW, did you put onions in it? It looks like that are pieces of onion floating in the sauce, but there's no photo of the chopped raw onions. I can't quite fathom pot roast without onions.

Also, did you flour the meat before browning it?

What herbs did you use?

How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

And how was it?

More importantly, in my opinion, is that you have to scroll right, then left to read every line in in every post of the thread. In my opinion it's a little rude.

It looks wonderful!!!!
You've definitely made me anxious to try to make a delicious roast like yours.
I know this is dumb, but how did you put you pictures on your message?:)

I agree with fryboy, it's easier to see all your photos if you do it on top instead of side by side, thats why I didnt see your roast, I only saw the herbs and spices. I did scroll over to the right and hot dam your roast looks fantastic!

From the pic it's hard to say what herbs you had in your pic, but my guess on your bottom row at least is cumin, red pepper flakes, seasalt/or kosher, and ground black pepper.

Fryboy - I left out pics - heres more
