Burger King meat?

I'm thinking rather than sprinkle on a little msg,onion powder, salt and pepper mix while cooking my home made thin 80/20 % patties, why not mix them into prior to forming and freezing. Seems to me the ingredients would do more good flavoring the beef from all over rather than sprinkling it on top while the patties cook.

I think McDonald's would just assume mix the ingredients in like I'm inquiring about doing, except that they want/need it known that only pure beef (nothing added) is in their patties.
