Burgers

My butcher sells ready made Choice chuck burgers with cheddar cheese and bacon.

I fry them in my favorite combination of lard and bacon grease.

Now and then Iíll finish mine in a small pan with brown gravy.

My wife is not real fond of gravy (Hard to believe from a Tennessee gal) so I added a few onions to the pan for her.

Hereís a salad I havenít done in a while. Steamed, and then chilled green beans with red onion, garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.

Good lord! That looks awesome. But I think my heart stopped just looking at the photos.

Wait, there it goes again. Phew. :)
