My butcher sells ready made Choice chuck burgers with cheddar cheese and bacon.

I fry them in my favorite combination of lard and bacon grease.

Now and then I’ll finish mine in a small pan with brown gravy.

My wife is not real fond of gravy (Hard to believe from a Tennessee gal) so I added a few onions to the pan for her.

Here’s a salad I haven’t done in a while. Steamed, and then chilled green beans with red onion, garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.

Great pictures! Looks so good! Not sure about the chilled green bean salad, but those burgers look incredible!
 
Good lord! That looks awesome. But I think my heart stopped just looking at the photos.

Wait, there it goes again. Phew. :)
 
OMG those look absolutley wrong in the best way possible. Now I am hungry.... how many days off your life does eating one of those take? At least you thre in the string beans! my stomach is now growling!
