have multiple topings like guacamole, salsa, blue and or cheddar cheese, garlic sauteed maushrooms, bacon, salad stuffs, hot sauce, curried mayo, a choice of roll type, and of course great sides!!! spud salad cole slaw pasta salad green bean salad whatever is good and fresh.
 
Mix in some seasonings such as garlic or onion powder. Add some Worcestershire or A1 sauce.

Try some different toppings such as guacamole or salsa. Use some Essence or other spicy seasoning mix.

Open you spice cabinet and look for something different to try.
 
stuff boiguh with gorgonzola, grill 1/2 inch thick slices of evoo and s&p rubbed sweet onions, grill an italian salad dressing marinated portabella mushroom.
toast bun, assemble grilled ingredients in a stack.

1 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
1/4 C Onion -- finely chopped
1/4 C Evaporated Milk
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Add-Ins:------Mix And Match Ingredients
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Chives -- snipped
Blue Cheese, Crumbled -- To Taste
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/4 C Ripe Olives -- chopped
1/4 C Dill Pickles -- chopped
1/4 C Pickle Relish
1/4 C Nuts -- chopped
Mix all ingredients including the add-ins you choose. Shape mixture into
6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick. Broil or grill patties 4-inches from the
heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish as desired
on buns.
